LearningDale support is for participating schools and their authorised users.

Contact support
Email support@learningdale.com. Please include your school name and whether you are a teacher, student or administrator. Do not send one-time passcodes.
School-managed account questions, such as adding or removing a user, should usually go through your school administrator first.
Report a privacy or student-safety concern
If your concern involves inappropriate communication, student safety, classroom recording, or misuse of personal information, email privacy@learningdale.com.
Privacy requests
For account or data removal, use Settings → Privacy & Security → Request account/data removal in the app, or email privacy@learningdale.com. See account and data removal.
