School-managed access

LearningDale is a school-managed educational platform. Access is usually provisioned by a participating school rather than through open public self-signup. That means some records are educational or administrative records of the school as well as personal data.

How to make a request in the app

Signed-in users can start a request in the LearningDale mobile app:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Request account/data removal

You can ask to remove LearningDale access, to remove personal data associated with your account, or for help understanding what can be removed. We review requests and may need to involve your school.

You can also email privacy@learningdale.com. Please say whether you are a student, teacher or school administrator, and describe what you would like removed. Do not include unnecessary sensitive details in the first message.

What may be removed

We may be able to disable app access and remove or de-identify personal data stored for providing LearningDale. Classroom recordings, published revisions, attendance-related teaching records, and other school-managed educational records may need to be handled by your school or retained where required by the school or by law.

We do not promise immediate deletion or a fixed turnaround time. We will review the request and contact you if we need more information.
